6. Sculpt Learning – Course Terms

• Access to course content is granted upon successful enrollment and payment.
• Sharing of content or login with others is strictly prohibited.
• Certificates will only be awarded upon full completion of requirements as listed in the course syllabus.

7. Refund & Cancellation

• Refunds for Sculpt Learning are only processed if requested within 3 days of enrollment and less than 10% of the course is accessed.
• For services from Sculpture Media LLP, cancellation and refund terms are governed by individual agreements or service contracts.

8. Conduct & Ethics

• Respectful behavior is mandatory across all platforms, including live sessions, client meetings, and communication forums.
• Harassment, abuse, or spam may result in immediate termination of access or service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sculpture Media LLP and Sculpt Learning are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platforms or services. We do not guarantee job placement or commercial success from any of our offerings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and users are advised to review them periodically.
